March 13, 2009 - We attended a “Thank You Dinner for Donors & Supporters” at St. Augustine Home of the Elderly hosted by Little Sisters of the Poor. We donate funds annually to St. Augustine Home of the Elderly.

April 18, 2009 - We had our Spring Seminar at Roche Diagnostics, Indianapolis, IN.

April 25, 2009 - PAMET-IN did a community service by donating 27 shopping bags of clothes to St. Louis de Montfort/Goodwill during their “Clothes Donation Drive”. For every bag donated, the school of St. Louis de Montfort got $5.00 from Goodwill.

Medical Mission, Wellness Screening
We had three successful medical missions Wellness Screening here in Indiana.

June 13, 2009 - We had our Golf Fund raising at Saddlebrook Golf Course Indianapolis, IN.

July 11, 2009. Had another fund raising Summer Bar-B-Que at Lauren’s place
•
Aug. 6, 2009 - To show support to our Philippine Baseball team, in PAMET-IN attended the opening game of PHILIPPINE APAC ZONE TEAM TO COLT WS in Lafayette, IN.

Aug 14 & 15, 2009 – Alvin Limiac, Angele Miguel and Lauren Tanedo attended the PAMET Executive Meeting and Induction of Officers of PAMET Southern California at the Sheraton Hotel, Universal City, CA.
•
August 29, 2009 - We had our recurring Field trip to Windsor, CA wherein we indulge ourselves with sweet tropical fruits. This also gave us a chance to meet with President Elect, Nile Alconcel and Michigan group. Nile talked with the PAMET-IN group and encouraged them to attend the 2010 National Convention Alaskan Cruise. We also took this opportunity to make a pilgrimage to Fr. Solanus, a Capuchin order of Franciscan Friars at St. Bonaventure Monastery, Detroit, MI.

Oct. 3, 2009 -Central Indiana Vice President Alvin Limiac had a Hog Roast at his home in Marion, IN.
•
November 21, 2009 (Early morning) - PAMET-IN assisted in the delivery and distribution of St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church Thanksgiving Baskets to families in Carmel, Fishers and Noblesville area. There were 675 baskets that got distributed during this event.
•
Nov. 14, 2009 - Some PAMET IN members performed a folk dance at the Circle Center Mall Arts Garden as a preview of the International Festival.
•
November 21, 2009 - PAMET-IN members and the Barangay club members performed some folk dances during the actual International Festival. This presentation was to showcase our Filipino heritage to the Indiana community.
•
Nov. 25, 2009 - Community service at Wheeler Mission Ministries Thanksgiving Dinner
•
Dec. 12, 2009 - We did a Christmas Extravaganza for the St. Augustine Home of the Elderly as community service. We presented an array of entertainment such as singing Christmas carols, performed some folk dances and played musical instruments. After the program we served afternoon refreshments and socialized with the residents. We also presented our donation to the Little Sisters of the Poor who manages the facility.
•
Dec. 12, 2009 - To support the other Filipino organization here in Indianapolis, we attended the Barangay Club Christmas Party and Induction of their New Officers at the Murat Theatre Indianapolis, IN. Some of the PAMET-IN members danced as part of their Christmas entertainment.
•
During this difficult economic times year 2009, PAMET-IN was able to reach out to various organizations and made donations to the following:
a)
Philippine National Red Cross for the Philippine Ondoy Flood Victims
b)
Philippine Jesuits for Flood Victims thru Barangay Club Fund Raising Luncheon
c)
Riley’s Hospital for Children for a Filipino child Karmel Umandal, a recipient who underwent several surgical procedures and medical treatments.
