PAMETUSA, INC. EXECUTIVE MEETING
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA
AUGUST 5-7, 2011
MESSAGE FROM SAN DIEGO CHAPTER....
PAMET San Diego would like to thank the following chapters: PAMET Indiana, PAMET Michigan, PAMET Midwest, PAMET Nevada, PAMET Sacramento, PAMET Texas and PAMET NoCal for supporting the souvenir program of our inaugural ball. It is with much regret that we missed publishing the ad sent by PAMET NoCal's immediate past president, Dan Dominguez. Dan was the very first to submit the ad. Unfortunately even with our best laid plan and intentions the error happened. We thank PAMET NoCal for all the warm thoughts; we apologize for the error.
Special thank you also goes to all our colleagues and their guests who came for the 13th biennial meeting and attended our inaugural ball. PAMET SoCal president Art Trinidad led the largest delegation (21), followed by PAMET NoCal president Jill Mendoza (16), PAMET Texas president Digna Reed (9), PAMET Midwest president Evelyn Ramirez (8), PAMET Michigan president Jim Sedayao attended the meeting and was able to send (6)representatives, PAMET Nevada president Fita Lim and granddaughter, PAMET New York president Violet Miszkuly, and PAMET Indiana president Tony Ricafort. I know many of our colleagues wanted to come but other circumstances prevented them from attending. We thank you as well for your warm wishes.
We would also like to recognize the generosity of our President-elect, Mrs. Evelyn Ramirez for donating the "lechon" during the farewell picnic. That made our gathering very festive. We also convey our sincere appreciation to our three CEU speakers: Maria Victorio and Eileen Licuanan of PAMET SD and Judy Heng of PAMET Texas for their lectures on current laboratory concepts and topics.
And last but not least, thank you Ms. Nile Alconcel, 2010-2012 PAMETUSA president for that great keynote speech describing- The Role of Clinical Laboratory Scientist in the Management of Health Care in the United States.
