I. Meeting was called to order by President Nile Alconcel at 3:00 PM

Invocation by Rose Maroto of PAMET-Michigan
II. Convention Report: Immediate Past President Ester Madamba reported on convention. Mila Braganza and PAMET-NO. Cal

given acknowledgement.

III. Committee Reports:

A. Registration & Logistics by Ricky Martinez:

Total number of passengers registered with the official travel agent Annette Avestro. There are 81 registered cabins.

B. Scientific & Technical by Mila Braganza:

There were 75 attendees to the seminars. Certificates will be sent to your address if your certificate was not available

at the end of the seminar. Education Committee will review slides. Requirement is approximately 60 slides per

seminar.

C. Hospitality by Liz Dequinia. Not applicable as various rooms were utilized.

D. Ways and Means by Belle Ocampo: Ticket sales summarized and reported to all chapters.

E. Journal/Program by Nile Alconcel: 125 copies printed. Advertisers will get their souvenir programme. Ads that were not

published will be reimbursed. Receivables for ads were accounted for and reported to all chapters.

F. Budget & Finance by Belle Ocampo: Complete report was submitted to all chapters.

G. Publicity: No report, Gene Eduardo was not present

H. Awards by Evelyn Ramirez:

Plaque will be awarded to Ester Madamba post-cruise. Awards to Andy Martin and Venus Quindipan will be mailed.

New business to be presented during the Executive Board Meeting.

I. Election & Nomination by Andy Martin: Andy suggested that the number and names of delegates from each state be

submitted one week before the election.
IV. Financial Report by Belle Ocampo: Complete report was submitted to all chapters. Raffle prizes will be mailed to those

winners not present. See below for raffle ticket winners.

V. New Business:

A. 2011 Site of NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING: San Diego was suggested, moved and approved as the

site of the 2011 Executive Board Meeting. Let Negado graciously accepted the offer. Date and venue to be

determined, pending, PAMET-San Diego discussion. Executive meeting procedure and set up were presented to

Let Negado. Southern California will assist San Diego in this event.
B. 13TH NATIONAL BIENNIAL CONVENTION: Suggestions were:

1) Cruise from NY / NJ to New England in the fall to be hosted jointly by NY/ NJ, Midwest, TX, and Michigan.

2) Michigan: Site to be discussed / voted on at the Executive Board Meeting when data is available.

4. Help Filipino CLS find jobs in the US.

5. Donate books & materials to the Philippines.
VII. Other Topics and Events:

1. September 13, 2010..... Meeting in Chicago

2. December 4, 2010........ Induction of PAMET-SACRAMENTO

3. Communication will be sent quarterly.
