I. Meeting was called to order by President Nile Alconcel at 3:00 PM
  Invocation by Rose Maroto of PAMET-Michigan

II  CONVENTION REPORT:Immediate Past President Ester Madamba reported on convention. Mila Braganza and PAMET-NO. Cal given acknowledgement.
III COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A.      Registration & Logistics by Ricky Martinez

There were 75 attendees to the seminars.

H.      Awards by Evelyn Ramirez
Plaque will be  awarded to Ester Madamba post-cruise.  Awards to Andy Martin and Venus Quindipan will be mailed.
New business to be presented during the Executive Board Meeting.

I.        Election & Nomination by Andy Martin
    Andy suggested that the number and names of delegates from each state   be submitted one week before the election.


IV . FINANCIAL REPORT by Belle Ocampo
Raffle prizes will be mailed to those winners not present.

V. NEW BUSINESS
2011 SITE Of NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING
San Diego was suggested, moved and approved as the site of the 2011 Executive Board Meeting. Let Negado graciously accepted the offer. Date and venue to be determined pending PAMET-San Diego discussion.
Executive meeting procedure and set up was presented to Let Negado. Southern California will assist San Diego in this event.
13TH NATIONAL BIENNIAL CONVENTION
Suggestions were:
•         Cruise from NY / NJ to New England in the fall to be hosted jointly by NY/ NJ, Midwest, TX, and Michigan
•         Michigan
Site to be discussed / voted on at the Executive Board Meeting when data is available

4. Help Filpino CLS find jobs in the US.
